After personally experiencing this, I realized that there was so many aspects to lifestyle and training that I hadn’t delved into yet.

 I wanted to find a way to not only help myself, but also help my clients and allow them to feel better in their movement and handle their daily lives

I started to learn how to blend both strength and mobility training which allowed me to help my clients move with less restriction, more ease and more stability.

My coaching is built on the basis that there is ‘no one size fits all’ when it comes to movement and training. My coaching is 100% individualized and tailored to you and your needs. Every person is different and has different needs, abilities, restrictions and goals Through a blend of strength and mobility you will begin to move and train with less restriction, more easy and more stability. You will be provided a supportive space in which I will help you build a resilient body and lifestyle: allowing you to thrive in all aspects of your live.

I’ve been training with Siobhra for 6 months and I’ve loved it. She’s not just focused on building my strength, but also my mobility in a holistic way.
